What To Bring
To help us get to know you and keep your visit running smoothly, please bring:
- A photo ID
- Your dental insurance card (if you have one)
- A list of current medications and medical conditions
- Any recent X-rays or records from a previous dentist, if available
- A parent or legal guardian for patients under 18
You can also complete your new patient forms online before you arrive, so you spend less time in the waiting room.

What To Expect
From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a friendly, all-female team that treats you like family. We know many patients feel nervous at the dentist, so we keep the atmosphere calm, relaxed, and judgment-free.
During your first visit, you can expect:
- A warm welcome and check-in at the front desk
- A review of your medical and dental history and any concerns you want to talk about
- Time to share your goals, from getting out of pain to improving your smile
- Digital X-rays and photos as needed
- A thorough exam from the doctor, using modern technology such as digital imaging and 3D CBCT when appropriate
For most new patients, we also complete a gentle cleaning at this visit, as long as there is no advanced gum disease.
Kids are welcome starting as early as infancy. We move at their pace, use simple language, and keep visits short and positive.
You are encouraged to ask questions at any point. We explain everything in clear, everyday terms so you always know what we are doing and why.

What Comes Next
Before you leave, we outline clear next steps so you feel confident about your care.
Our team will:
- Review your exam findings in plain language
- Show you any images or X-rays so you can see what we see
- Discuss treatment options and help you choose what fits your goals, schedule, and comfort level
- Map out a personalized care plan, including future visits for any needed treatment
- Help you schedule your next checkup or family appointments
Many new patients also take advantage of our $99 new patient special, which includes a full exam, X-rays, and a standard cleaning for patients without periodontal disease.
We want you to leave your first visit feeling relaxed, informed, and supported — like you’ve found your family’s long-term dental home in St. Cloud.

We Take Your Insurance
Our office works with most major PPO insurance plans. We’ll verify your benefits and estimate costs before you come in. Please note that at this time, we do not accept HMO or Medicaid.
